The Feng Shui Consultation

Feng Shui Consultation time and fees vary based on the size of the property and the Client’s goals. Most Consultations are usually a minimum of 2 hours.

It is helpful if you have a floor plan or layout of your home/office available to help speed things up; however it is not required.

At the beginning of your Consultation, I will give a quick lesson on Feng Shui and ask a few questions about your home’s history, as well as personal issues related to career, family and relationships, health and financial condition. We will discuss your goals and what you would like to change or improve in your life.

We will do a walk through of both the interior and exterior of your home. I will discuss with you the strengths and weaknesses of the flow of energy in your physical surroundings. After careful assessment, I will offer suggestions and instructions on how to enhance and make adjustments to influence the positive change and create a more harmonious living environment.

I will recommend cures that are easy and simple to do, as well as those best suited to your financial circumstances and lifestyle. Cures may be as simple as rearranging the furniture or placing a green plant in a certain area. You may choose to have the Consultation recorded on tape for later review.

If you are preparing to sell your house, it is also a good time to set an appointment for a Consultation. I will examine and assess the property and give recommendations on how to activate the energy to attract the right people to buy your house and point out potential problem areas that may turn buyers away. Likewise, if you are preparing to buy a new house, it would be a good idea to get an overview of your living area. You can become aware of how the placement of permanent structures is affecting you and your life, and if you will need major or minor adjustments.


Space Clearing/Blessing Ceremonies

The energy in your home has everything to do with the energy in your life; therefore, it is important to know the history of the house ideally before you purchase it.

Every thought, emotion and activity generated by the previous owners will get passed down to you along with their successes and failures, which will affect any or all areas of your life for better or for worse.

At times, it could be difficult to find out what fortunes or misfortunes the previous owners had, so it is a good idea to cleanse all spaces before you move in.

Space clearing is recommended when moving into a new home or after sudden trauma, illness, death, arguments, or fatigue in order to change luck, clear negative energetic patterns, and to strengthen positive ones.

A Blessing Ceremony encourages growth, luck, and prosperity and is often done for the grand opening of a new business, before renovations, before you move into a new home, removing trees, during times of bad luck, or when under spiritual attack.
